Saturday Funday: St. Paddy’s Brunch

Celebrate the cuisine of Ireland at Schola on St. Paddy’s weekend! This brunch will feature a Bloody Mary Bar with Bacon. We’ll have the mix and all the toppings, but don’t forget to BYOB!
We’ll be making:
- Smoked Salmon Platter, Capers, Onions, Tomato
- Irish Sodabread Scones with Scallion and Chive Cream Cheese Spread
- Guinness Braised Beef Short Rib Potato Hash
- Make your own Egg Scramble Station, eggs will also be available for poaching
- Homemade Hollandaise
- Cast Iron Pancakes Stuffed with Apples & Nutella topped with Ice Cream
Price of the class is per person. Schola is a BYOB establishment, so don’t forget to bring your drinks of choice!
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
