  • Tickets for our very first Cuisine & Comedy Happy Hour class are going quickly! Join us on April 4 to make a menu that includes bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers, potato croquettes, braised carnitas sliders, and more. Then right after that, we’ll enjoy the stand-up comedy of Josh Kuderna, a nationally touring comedian from Baltimore. You don’t want to miss this! And don’t forget, we are BYOB here so bring your favorite drinks to have while cooking, eating, and laughing.

  • 🥶 Chilly weather calls for chili to warm us up! Join us Tuesday to learn how to make FIVE different styles of chili–-Chili Con Carne, 3-Bean Vegetarian Chili, White Chicken Chili, Carne Adovada (Pork Chili), and Cincinnati Style Chili–along with cornbread, rice, pasta, and lots of cheese.

  • The knife is the chef’s most important tool—join us for our Knife Skills & Sharpening class on January 17th! The class will start with a lecture about knives, how they’re made, how to sharpen them and what the different types are used for. The class will then go to work practicing the basic cuts, large & small dice, batonettes, peeling with a paring knife and mincing. Each student will then go to work deboning their own chicken. Everything we cut up will become dinner! Please feel free to bring your own knives and we’ll help you sharpen them on our sharpening stones. #scholacooks #mybmore #visitbaltimore
