FAQs

Here are some common questions we get along with answers to them! Do you have a question you don’t see the answer for here? Drop us a line!

How do I sign up for classes at Schola?

Tickets to all of our classes and dinners are purchased through Eventbrite. Take a look at our calendar then click ‘Register’ in the event registration to save your spot! (Click here to see all of our events right in Eventbrite.)

Can I get a refund for a class I’ve purchased tickets for?

We do not offer refunds to classes because our seating is very limited.

I have certain food allergies or dietary concerns. Can I still take certain classes?

Of course! Please email us when you purchase a ticket for any class and let us know your needs. We will be happy to accommodate them during any class you’d like to take.

Do you offer Gift Certificates to your classes?

Yes! Click here to purchase an electronic gift card for instant delivery or choose a later date for your gift to be delivered.

Where can I park when I come to Schola?

There is usually plenty of Street Parking on North Charles Street. The meters run until 6pm daily, but be careful! You can’t park on the east side of Charles during the week any time between 4pm and 6pm! Also, there are a few parking lots – one behind Schola you can access from Cathedral Street and one on the left side of Charles Street just past Eager street. There is also a parking garage past Eager Street on Charles Street associated with the Belvedere Hotel on the right.

Do you serve alcohol at Schola?

We do not serve alcohol but encourage you to bring a bottle or two of something to enjoy while we cook. We’ll have lots of stemware available. (If you’re making certain types of drinks, we recommend bringing some ice along as well.) Of course, for the wine tasting classes, the wines will be provided.

How long are the classes?

Classes routinely run between 2.5 and 3 hours in length. Of course, we often stay a little later to finish things up and you are welcome to join us.
