Date Night: The Cuisine of Ireland for St. Paddy’s Day

Celebrate the cuisine of Ireland at Schola on St. Paddy’s weekend!
We’ll be making:
- Smoked Salmon on Irish Brown Bread with Scallion and Chive Cheese Spread
- Garlic & Herb Stuffed Mussels
- Guinness Braised Beef Short Ribs with Carrot & Parsnip Puree and Braised Cabbage
- Potato Boxtys stuffed with Creamed Bacon
- Stuffed Irish Pancakes with Apples & Nutella topped with Ice Cream
Price of the class is per person. Schola is a BYOB establishment, so don’t forget to bring your drinks of choice!
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
