Wine Tasting Dinner with The French Paradox Wines

Peter from The French Paradox will be featuring Rosés and what a better time of year for it! And unlike our other dinners, we will be cooking for you.
Reception: Oysters 2 ways: served raw with Mignonette & roasted Au Gratin
First Course: Gazpacho with Maryland Crab & a mixed greens salad with fried goat cheese
Main: Surf & Turf: Pan Seared Beef Tournedos & Jumbo Roasted Shrimp over creamy polenta served with seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Tart, Vanilla Chantilly Cream
Please note: this class will be held at Schola’s new location in Canton.
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
