Friendsgiving Class

Do a practice run before the actual holiday! Bring your friends or just yourself and make new friends at Schola for Friendsgiving.
Join us as we prepare the following:
- Butternut Squash Soup, Croutons, Creme Fraiche
- Fall Salad with Roasted Vegetables, Apple Cider Vinaigrette
- Stuffed Cornish Game Hens with Tea Infused Wild Rice Stuffing, Handmade Gravy & Bacon Wrapped Green Bean ‘Stack’
- Individual Apple Cobblers, Ice Cream, Caramel Sauce
We will teach you how to make some delicious focaccia bread for your house guests as well!
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
