Join us as we cook a menu highlighting what’s popping up out of the ground in gardens everywhere.
- Artichoke, Lemon & Parmesan Crostini
- Asparagus & Pea Salad, Mustard Seed Vinaigrette, Prosciutto, Poached Egg
- Pan Seared Lamb Chops, Mint Chimichurri, Potato Galette
- Lemon Vanilla Tart, Blueberry & Basil Compote
Cost of class is per person. Don’t forget, Schola is a BYOB establishment!
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
