Holiday Cocktails Tasting Dinner with The French Paradox Wines

Join us as we learn about and pair holiday cocktails with Peter from The French Paradox Wines. We do all the cooking for you in this event–come ready to enjoy delicious food and cocktails!
On the menu:
Starter: Chicken Liver Mousse on Crostini, Microgreens, Country Mustard, Cornichon
1st Course: Winter Vegetable Salad, Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Lardons, Poached Quail Eggs & Lamb Consomme
Main: Braised Pork Shank Ossobucco, Creamy Polenta, Wild Mushroom Ragout
Dessert: Chocolate Pate, Pistachio Creme Fraiche, Brown Butter Tuiles
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
