Caribbean Cocktails and Cooking Class with French Paradox & Lyon Rum

Join us for a Caribbean cooking/cocktail class inspired by the local Windon Distilling Company and their LYON Rum, located just down the road in St. Michael’s. Peter Wood from French Paradox will be teaching us how to make cocktails along with you making some fun Caribbean fare in the kitchen.
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
