Happy Hour Classes

Grab some friends and your beverage of choice (don’t forget, all our classes are BYOB) and join us for a unique happy hour cooking class! (Ingredients for each class are subject to change based on product availability.)

Beer and Happy Hour pretty much go together! We’ll be grabbing some of our favorite local beers to use in creating both classic dishes and some more modern treats. On the menu: Beer Battered Onion Rings, Dark Porter Braised Beef Sliders with Spicy Slaw, Brown Ale Steamed Mussels with Garlic and Herbs, IPA infused Mac & Cheese, and Deep Fried Oatmeal Stout Brownies.
Register for next class: Tuesday, May 10

Nobody enjoys eating as much as the Italians! They always start meals with small bites of great food and good bread. Join us as we create the great Sicilian spread – Eggplant Caponata and then fry cheese stuffed Arancini, roasted garlic and purée to spread on fresh baked Focaccia Bread, roll Polpetini (Mini Meatballs) and braise them in a rustic Tomato sauce and smoked albacore tuna to mix with olive oil, lemon & herbs.
Register for next class: Thursday, May 26

Join us to make some bar food classics and some with a new spin. On the menu: Traditional Buffalo Wings with homemade blue cheese dressing; Smoked Gouda, Bacon & Beer Fondue with handmade pretzels; Shrimp, Cheddar & Cream Cheese Jalapeno poppers wrapped with Bacon; Pulled Braised Prime Rib Sliders with caramelized onions & special sauce aioli; and a dessert of Mini Blackbottom Cupcakes.
Register for next class: Wednesday, June 8

The Baja is one of the most exciting regions in terms of cuisine and surprisingly, in winemaking, in Mexico. We’ll roast Tomatillos and onions to make a unique Guacamole, build Tacos con Ropa Viejo, make a stuffing of shrimp and Queso Blanco for stuffed Chile Rellenos, make Queso con Chorizo, and deep fry the desert favorite of the region – Churros. We’ll have plenty of limes for juicing!
Register for next class: Thursday, June 23

Nobody does comfort food better than our neighbors to the south. Come enjoy what defines southern hospitality: great food! On the menu: pimento cheese on mini biscuits, red pepper jelly served with baked goat cheese and homemade crackers, Nashville hot chicken sliders, ‘just as good as fried’ bread & butter pickles, and bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers stuffed with shrimp.
