Morocco, Lebanon, & Turkey (SOLD OUT)

We often think of Mediterranean Cuisine as that primarily from Greece, but there are many more countries to be considered, and in this class, we explore a few more.
On the menu:
- 2 Moroccan Tagines with Cous Cous: Chicken, Lemon & Olive & Vegetarian Sweet Potato & Apricot
- Lebanese Sides: Garlic Hommus, Mahoummara & Falafel
- Seared Lamb and Chicken Skewers with Toum
- Handmade Pita
- Turkish Meat Pies & Fattoush Salad
- Baklava Bites to finish!
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
