Hope for West Africa Fundraiser: Mediterranean Tapas

Please join us for a fun night of making Mediterranean Tapas while supporting a great cause!! The Faith Alive Hospital in Jos, Nigeria. Meet Dr. Chris Isichei who started in a marketplace and now has a 3 story fully free hospital.

We will show you how to make some classic Tapas, including several of our favorites:
- Keftedes (zucchini fritters)
- Garlicky White Bean Hummus with Feta & Olive Oil
- Garlic shrimp with garlic toast
- Falafel with tahini dressing
- Tabbouleh salad
- Baklava bites
This is a BYOB event.
Please note that we can’t offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
