Italian Date Night (SOLD OUT)

Who doesn’t love Italian food? Bring your favorite sous chef or date to our Italian Date Night class!
We will prepare and enjoy the following dishes for dinner:
- Eggplant Involtini: eggplant, goat cheese, olive tapenade and garlic parsley oil
- Maiale a la Vendemmia: seared pork chop with a balsamic, grape & rosemary reduction served with oven roasted potatoes & simple green salad
- an updated Tiramisu.
Price of the class is per person.
Please note that we can’t offer refunds to classes because our seating is very limited.
Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
