Valentine’s Wine Tasting Dinner with The French Paradox Wines (Sold Out)

Peter from The French Paradox Wines will be featuring Sparkling Roses and Champange to start. Bright, mouth watering White Wines and ‘Juicy’ fresh Reds… and what a better time of year for it! And unlike our other dinners, we will be cooking for you.
On the menu:
Reception: Oysters 3 ways: Raw with Mignonette, Roasted Au Gratin & Fried with Old Bay Aioli
1st Course: Lobster Bisque & Mixed Greens Salad with Fried Goat Cheese
Main:Beef Wellington, Pan Jus Port Wine Reduction, Pommes Anna
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Tart, Vanilla Chantilly Cream

Schola is BYOB so bring a bottle or two of whatever you’d like to enjoy while cooking and eating. If you need ice for your drinks, please bring that with you as well.
